Delete your ReceiptWala account

This page explains how to delete your ReceiptWala account and what happens to your data, as required by Google Play's account deletion policy.

App: ReceiptWala (com.receiptwala.app), operated by Neobplan, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open ReceiptWala and sign in if you aren't already.
Tap the Account icon at the top of the receipt list.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

When you confirm, your account and the records we hold are deleted immediately and cannot be restored — in no case later than 30 days.

Can't access the app?

Email support@neo-b.net from the email address (or including the phone number) linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (phone / Google / email identity)
Your cloud profile (locale, consent timestamps)
Your subscription record

Cancel a Premium subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Play subscriptions are managed by Google, not by us, so billing continues until you cancel it in the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel there before deleting your account.

What is NOT touched — because we never had it

Receipts on your phone stay on your phone. Uninstall the app or delete them inside the app if you want them gone.
Backups in your own Google Drive belong to your Google account, not us. Delete the ReceiptWala-Backups folder in your Drive if you no longer want them.
